If you want to edit users in your organization, you may follow the guide below. 

How To Open Users Part?

  1. Open the Users part in the system administration.

How To Add New User?

  1. Open the Users part in the system administration.
  2. Click Add New button under the search term title.
  3. Click expand button near the display name.
  4. Enter name, surname, registration number etc.
  5. Click Save button, save button is found on the top bar.

How To Edit User?

  1. Open the Users part in the system administration.
  2. Enter name in the Search field, click enter.
  3. Search results page will open, select check boxes and click OK button.
  4. If you want to list all Users, enter " * " in the Search field, click enter. After you will see User information under the search term title.



  5. You can edit  name, surname, registration number etc.
  6. Click Save button, save button is found on the top bar.

How To Delete Any User?

  1. Open the Users part in the system administration.
  2. Enter name in the Search field, click enter.
  3. Search results page will open, select check boxes and click OK button.  After you will see User information under the search term title.
  4. Delete button is on right side of members name. Click delete button. 
  5. Click Save button, save button is found on the top bar.
