How to Edit Users Part
If you want to edit users in your organization, you may follow the guide below.
How To Open Users Part?
- Open the Users part in the system administration.
How To Add New User?
- Open the Users part in the system administration.
- Click Add New button under the search term title.
- Click expand button near the display name.
- Enter name, surname, registration number etc.
- Click Save button, save button is found on the top bar.
How To Edit User?
- Open the Users part in the system administration.
- Enter name in the Search field, click enter.
- Search results page will open, select check boxes and click OK button.
- If you want to list all Users, enter " * " in the Search field, click enter. After you will see User information under the search term title.
- You can edit name, surname, registration number etc.
- Click Save button, save button is found on the top bar.
How To Delete Any User?
- Open the Users part in the system administration.
- Enter name in the Search field, click enter.
- Search results page will open, select check boxes and click OK button. After you will see User information under the search term title.
- Delete button is on right side of user name. Click delete button.
- Click Save button, save button is found on the top bar.
