Channel Statistics

Channel Statistics provides real-time case-specific reports linked to a channel. There are five different report types.

Time Range
It specifies the start and finish date of the reports. Leaving this field empty will show the whole data related to the report.

Overview

This section briefly summarises the cases, showing the total number of open, closed and deadlines cases.

Open Cases
Shows the number of currently open cases within the specified date range.

Closed Cases
Shows the number of closed cases within the specified date range.

Deadlined Cases
Shows the number of deadlined cases within the specified date range.

Time Spent on Cases

This section shows the times spent for each case by the channel members.

Total Time Spent
This field shows the total time spent on the case regardless of the time range.

Time Spent by Members
This field shows the total time spent within the selected period.

Members
This field shows the time spent for each member within the selected period.

Time Spent by Member

This section shows the total time spent for each channel member regardless of the cases. It displays the daily spent time for the current channel and the sum of all channels for each member, daily.

Time
Lists the day.

Name
Shows the member name.

Related Channel
Shows the current channel name.

All
Shows the data for all the channels that the user is a member of.

Total (Average)
Shows the average daily spent time of a member.

Cases by Date

This section displays the change in case numbers in a daily graphic format within the specific time range.

Blue Line: Shows the number of cases opened in that day.

Black color: Shows the number of cases closed in that day.

Green color: Shows the number of cases re-opened in that day.

Milestone Performance

This section shows the milestone perfomance for the selected time period.

Date
The date the milestone created.

Milestone Name
The name of the milestone.

Green color: Shows the number of completed milestones in that day.

Red color: Shows the number of milestones that are not completed on time in that day.
