Navigation Panel

The Navigation panel is your main navigation tool, positioned on the left side of the screen. It provides a straightforward way to switch between different sections of the platform, designed to collapse automatically to maximise workspace without sacrificing access to important functionalities.

Home Page: Offers a customisable overview of your tasks and updates, tailored to your organisation's needs.
Worklist: A dedicated dashboard that displays tasks assigned to you, your role, your organisational unit, or user groups you belong to, enabling efficient task oversight and completion.
Channels: A feature for sharing information and documents, tracking specific cases in a messaging environment, and integrating with email servers and other systems via webhooks for seamless communication and collaboration.
Direct Messages: Provides a space for private messaging between users for direct communication.
Calendar: Serves as a planner for scheduling events and organising delegations, keeping all your commitments in one place.
Folders: The primary initiating point for all activities within Emakin, serving as directories that organise related processes or documents, with a navigation menu on the left side of the screen for easy access to different folders.
