Add Deadline to Task
The use deadlines to be completed automatically and time overruns can be tracked. On this page, a deadline will assign to a task. When the deadline expires, what actions can be taken in the process will be shown.
Create a Folder
First, need to create a new folder from the folders section.
Presses the “+New Folder” inside of all folders.
“Expense Form” as the name of the folder and “Application” as the folder type is okay for the process.
Create a Process
To create a process, enter a process name in the field on the right side of the folder and click the blue plus button.
Press the edit button to design the process.
On the page that opens, "Pool" is selected under the Pools heading.
Create a Task
Click on the pool to start the process design.
The first green box that appears on the screen is the opening task.
Click on the “task” name on the green box and enter the name “Expense Form”.
Click on the Add New action button on the right side of the task and the text becomes editable.
After editing the text and pressing enter on the keyboard, the first button is created. The first action name is “Submit”.
Clicks the Submit button and click “Add New Task”.
A second orange task is opened with the arrow in the middle.
Two names, Approve and Reject, are written on the buttons.
Thus, a second task is created in the same process.
Move the mouse over the Reject button in the second task.
A red dot appears above the button.
Then, catch the red square from the reject button
Then, drag and drop to the left of the Expense Form task.
Assign Deadline to a Task
The clock icon under the Manager Approval task is using to add deadlines.
When the clock icon is clicked, a menu with duration and section options appears.
The duration of the deadline is determined from the Duration.
Action is selected from the Action menu.
The Approve and Reject options in the Action menu comes from the Manager Approval buttons.
When the specified time expires, what to do is determined.
Create of Deadline
Click the clock icon under the Manager Approval task.
Sets the duration.
After the duration is set, a tick appears for notification under the duration.
If checked, a notification comes when the time expires.
Then, when the time expires, the desired action is selected.
Press the Close button to exit.
When you press the Close button, the page closes and the clock icon turns black.
Create a Form
After creating a task, necessary to design a form for the Expense Form.
Enters the form under the “forms” heading on the same page as the task.
A blank page opens
When clicking on the blank part of the page, the form's menu appears.
Click “Add New”, and the “Layout Controls” list opens in the menu that appears.
Click on “Row Content” from Layout Controls.
Click "Create new section here".
Enter the section name. Section name
Then press ok.
There is a column in the row content section of the form.
Click on Column and click to “Add New” from the menu that appears.
Open the “Layout Controls” list in the menu.
Select the “Row Content” with the same name as the section row content in Layout Controls.
After pressing "Row Content ExpenseForm", row content is created automatically in the selected column.
Selects the Column inside of the second-row content.
Click on add new.
Select “text” inside of the input controls.
Enter a field name for the text.
Press ok.
Then, the form design part is done.
How The Deadline Works
Exit the page by clicking the green "close” button at the top of the page.
Then press the green “Commit Changes” button and press Okay.
Press the white “Close” button on top of the page.
Click on “Expense Form (1.0.0)” on the left.
The previously made form page opens.
Writes a text in the text box and press submit
The submitted form appears in the inbox in the worklist.
It also appears in the orange tab because it has a deadline.
When the deadline passes, it drops to the red tab.
The added deadline is displayed on the right.
