How does pricing work?
Emakin platform is based on named user count. There are user packages starting from 50 and continuing in groups (100, 250, 500, 1.000 and so forth). So, our customers choose the package that suits them and start using.

Are licenses transferable?
Yes. The system asks you not to exceed the number of active users at any time. So, you may disable some users and add any new users as long as the total active user count does not exceed the license.
What does the license termination process look like?
You can always terminate your contract any time you want by contacting us. You will have access to the system till the end of your payment duration.

Implementation
Is it genuinely out of the box or is IT involvement needed for items such as APIs?
Emakin comes ready to use out of the box. This means that process owners can start to design(or implement) a process at the initial phase. Again, there’s no IT involvement needed for the APIs as well, but dealing with APIs or integrations may require some more technical knowledge.
Is Emakin cloud-based or on prems?
Emakin can be provided with the same functionally on both Cloud and On-Premises.
How long does installation take?
For our cloud version, there is no installation time and you are ready to go as soon as we sign the contract. For the on-prem version, it takes usually a half day to complete the whole setup.
Does it require IT specialized knowledge?
The form and the workflow designer don’t require any IT expertise. But IT involvement can be beneficial for the integrations.

Which languages do you support?
Emakin BPMS platform is currently available in English, Spanish, Turkish, and Hebrew. In addition, you can localize your processes into any language you want.

Emakin BPMS supports all modern web browsers on both desktop and mobile platforms including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge.
Does Emakin support two-factor authentication?
Yes. Emakin BPMS supports two-factor authentication.
Do we have privileged access controls?
Yes. User access is managed on the client base meaning that you organize the access controls.
Is there community based support for those who develop workflows?
Emakin has a public wiki page for documentation. (https://wiki.emakin.com) which is quite handy for developers. In addition to this, we do provide support through our Support Team portal.
Can Emakin provide us usage statistics on a period basis?
The system provides process usage statistics automatically and administrators can access this data at any time.
How can I add a custom logo?
You can add your custom logo to your Emakin BPMS account from Administrator -> Edit Domains folder.
