This section consists of a dashboard for monitoring system statistics. You can access this page through the System Administration page, where the statistics dashboard is displayed below the system tasks.
There are two main statistics subsections separated by a tabbed view: domain statistics and background job statistics.
Domain Statistics
Under this panel, some general statistics about the system and started instance counts of every process are displayed.
General Statistics
The table on this panel provides general statistics about instances, work items and files in the system.
Workflow Instance indicates the total workflow count started up to that time.
Task Waiting indicates the number of waiting work items at the time.
User Task indicates the total number of work items assigned to users.
Robot Task indicates the total number of work items of the module tasks assigned to no one.
File indicates total file count uploaded into Emakin.
Document indicates total document count create on Emakin.
Process vs Instance Count
This table lists the numbers of workflows started by every process on the domain.
Background Job Statistics
This panel hosts several graphical charts for displaying statistical information about the system jobs from various perspectives. See the Job Details page for more information. Also, see the Background Jobs Manager page to manage background jobs.
Job States
Job states graphic exhibits the total amount of each background job situation by their name up to the present. Background job names are separated from each other in different colours.
Waiting; each background job at the "waiting state" is shown in a different colour. When you hover over the colour with the mouse, you will see the job name and job count.
Processing; each background job at the "processing state" is shown in a different colour. When you hover over the colour with the mouse, you will see the job name and job count.
Error; each background job at the "error state" is shown in a different colour. When you hover over the colour with the mouse, you will see the job name and job count.
Job Counts
This graphic is exhibited with each background job and their counts spread through a date axis, providing an overall statistic of system usage. Background jobs are separated from each other in different colours. When you hover over the colour with the mouse, you will see the job date, name, and count.
Job Completion Duration
This graphic displays each of the completed background jobs and the total completion time. Background jobs are separated from each other in different colours. When you hover over the colour with the mouse, you will see the job date, name, and job completion duration.
Job Wait Duration In Queue
This graphic displays each of the background jobs and their wait time in queue. Background jobs are separated from each other in different colours. When you hover over the colour with the mouse, you will see the job date, job name and total wait duration in the queue.
You can use the chart context menu for some operations on graphic diagrams.
