Static is a section that related spesific reports of all cases in the channel. Case situation will be follow up with five reportsChannel Statistics provides real-time case-specific reports linked to a channel. There are five different report types.
Time Range
Specifies It specifies the start and finish date of a reports. Pick a time period from date time picker that involves the start and the finish date. Reports information is listed that chosen time range.If you would be empthy that field, the all information of cases in the channel will be listedthe reports. Leaving this field empty will show the whole data related to the report.
Overview
Overview section lists three diagram about This section briefly summarises the cases, showing the total number of open, closed and deadlines cases.
Open Cases
Open cases graph is shown that the opened cases number of chosen date in the time range fieldShows the number of currently open cases within the specified date range.
Closed Cases
Closed cases graph is shown that the closed cases number of chosen date in the time range fieldShows the number of closed cases within the specified date range.
Deadlined Cases
Deadlined cases graph is shown that the out of date cases number of chosen date in the time range fieldShows the number of deadlined cases within the specified date range.
Time Spent on Cases
This section shows the time times spent by each member of channel totaly in the cases within the relevant channelfor each case by the channel members.
Total Time Spent
This field lists field shows the total time spent time in related caseon the case regardless of the time range.
Time Spent by Members
This field lists spent time within shows the total time spent within the selected time period in related case.
Members
This field lists that the member name and the working time in related caseshows the time spent for each member within the selected period.
Time Spent by Member
This section lists shows the total time spent on cases within the channel during the selected time periodfor each channel member regardless of the cases. It displays the daily spent time for the current channel and the sum of all channels for each member, daily.
Time
Lists the date the times were spentday.
Name
Member of Shows the member name.
Related Channel
It is Shows the channel where the statistics section is openedcurrent channel name.
All
The all field shows the total time spent by the relevant member on cases all channels during the selected date rangeShows the data for all the channels that the user is a member of.
Total (AvaregeAverage)
Spent Shows the average daily spent time of total on casesa member.
Cases by Date
Cases by Status graph is shown that the opened, the closed and the re-opened cases number of chosen date in the time range field.
Blue color= Open
Black color= Closed
Green color= Re-Opened
This section displays the change in case numbers in a daily graphic format within the specific time range.
Blue Line: Shows the number of cases opened in that day.
Black color: Shows the number of cases closed in that day.
Green color: Shows the number of cases re-opened in that day.
Milestone Performance
This section lists shows the started milestone performance within perfomance for the selected time period.
Date
Date is The date the milestone created date.
Milestone Name
Name The name of the milestone.
Green color is shown : Shows the count number of completed milestones in that completed in the determined timeday.
Red color is shown : Shows the count number of milestones that out of date in the determined timeare not completed on time in that day.
