Processes are categorized from each other by place in folders. We will create an expense management process folder in the system.

  • Click "All Folders" button on the left-side of the screen; click new folder,
  • Enter "Expense Management" name as the folder name and choose the type of the folder. Click the "Ok" button, "Ok" button is found on the bottom-hand side of the pop-up.
  • Click the processes button on the top of the screen, enter "Expense Management" name as the process name, click "ok" button.
  • Click the edit button, below the versions title. Design interface will open on the new screen.
