Rules
Section Name
Section name to control visibility of control. If set to a value this section can be configured in task properties.
Dynamic Rules
Through this button you can add two types of rules to the apply template. Click one of them and you will see it is listed above the button. It has two buttons to edit and delete the rule.
- Formatting rules, allow you to change the formats (text color, background color, style) and visibility of a control depending upon a condition.

Bound XPath
XPath of the apply template can be changed through this area.
Other properties
- Cut is used to move apply template.
- Copy is used to copy apply template.
- Delete is used to delete apply template.
- XML is used to view or add xml of the apply template.
- Convert is used to change apply template to other content controls.
