The Activity Stream feature provides a chronological list of recent actions and interactions associated with tasks or cases a user is involved in. It allows users to view updates, share messages, and upload files within the tasks and cases they are participating in.

This stream ensures that users stay informed about the latest activities and can collaborate effectively by exchanging information and documents directly within their workflow. Additionally, the Activity Stream's applicability to both tasks and cases enhances its utility, making it a central hub for staying up-to-date and engaged with ongoing activities and responsibilities.

Share To
It enables users to specify the recipients of a message, whether it be an individual user, a group, or a unit. Messages associated with a task will then appear in the “Notification” list of the designated recipients, ensuring the right participants see the relevant information.

Submit
Acts as the send button, finalizing and dispatching your message to the chosen recipients.

Cancel
Provides an option to abort the message sending process if needed, allowing users to back out without sending their draft.

Upon successfully sending a message, it becomes visible on the Activity Stream page of the recipient, ensuring seamless communication.

Import Options
The "Import Options" in Emakin provide a versatile range of methods for adding files to your messages, enhancing communication and collaboration.

My Computer: Allows you to select and import files directly from your computer's storage into Emakin.
Camera: Enables you to capture a photo using your computer's camera and directly attach this photo to your message.
Google Drive: Offers a seamless integration to import files from your Google Drive account into Emakin, facilitating easy access to your cloud-stored documents.
OneDrive: Similar to Google Drive, this option lets you import files from your OneDrive account into Emakin, streamlining the process of sharing documents stored on Microsoft's cloud service.
Office 365: Provides the capability to import files from your Office 365 account into Emakin, allowing for a smooth transition of documents from Microsoft’s suite of productivity tools into your messages.
