To manage easily, processes are stored and categorized within folders. When a folder is selected, all of the defined dashboard-type reports in processes are displayed as dashboard panels for a quick overview.
Folders and processes have their own access control lists to determine who can access in an organization.
When a folder is selected, attached processes are listed in the right side panel if required permissions are granted. If you cannot see the panel on the right hand side, see your system administrator for permission.
You can put any number of processes in the same folder for easy access to view dashboards and initiate new workflows.
Set Permissions
Process and folder permissions by default are assigned as “Administrators” with full rights and “Everyone” with the ”Read” permission level. By opening the process and folder menu, you can set additional permissions.
