This section consists of a dashboard for monitoring system statistics. It can be accessed through System Administration page where the statistics dashboard is displayed below the system tasks.

There are two main statistics subsection separated by a tabbed view, those are domain statistics and backgroud job statistics.

Domain Statistics

Under this panel some general statistics about system and started instance counts of every process are displayed.

General Statistics

The table on this panel provides general statistics about instances, work items and files in the system.

  • Workflow Instance indicates total workflow count started up to that time.
  • Task Waiting indicates number of waiting work items at the time.
  • User Task indicates total number of work items that are assigned to users.
  • Robot Task indicates total number of work items as module type which are not assigned to anyone.
  • File indicates total file count uploaded into Emakin.
  • Document indicates total document count create on Emakin.

Process vs Instance Count

This table lists the numbers of work flows started by every process on the domain.

Backgroud Job Statistics

This panel hosts several graphical charts for displaying statistical information about the system jobs in various perspectives. See Job Details page for more information. Also see Background Jobs Manager page for how to manage background jobs.

Job States  

Job states graphic exhibits the total amount of each background job situation by their name up to the present. Background job names are separated from each other with different colors.

  • Waiting; each background job at waiting state is shown in different color, when you hover over the color with mouse you will see job name and job count.
  • Processing;  each background job at processing state is shown in different color, when you hover over the color with mouse you will see job name and job count.
  • Error; each background job at error state is shown in different color, when you hover over the color with mouse you will see job name and job count.

Job Counts

Job counts graphic is exhibited with each of background job's name and count spreaded through a date axis, providing an overall statistic of system usage. Background job names are separated from each other with different color. When you hover over the color with mouse you will see job date, job name and job count.

Job Completion Duration

Job completion duration graphic displays each of completed background job name and total completion time. Background job names are separated from each other with different color. When you hover over the color with mouse you will see job date, job name and duration of job completion.

Job Wait Duration In Queue

Job wait duration in queue graphic displays each of background job name and wait time in queue. Background job names are separated from each other with different color. When you hover over the color with mouse you will see job date, job name and total of job wait duration in queue.

You can use chart context menu for some operations on graphic diagrams.
