By default, only system administrators are authorized to access and change process version codes. In order to change or extend this authorization, you can edit Process Access Control List.

Security Profile
Premade Security profiles are created through System Administration → Edit Domain → Security Profiles. These premade security profiles are listed in this section. These profiles may consist of users, positions, departments , and/or user groups, and their access types. Security profiles can be managed from the Edit Domain task at Administration.Image Removed

Additional Permissions
Besides security profiles, additional permissions may be given in this sectionIn some cases, based on the process, there may be some individuals that are not in the selected security profile, however need to have access to the process. In such cases, Emakin has an additional permissions function. Users can set additional permissions. These additional permissions can be given on top of the selected security profile or instead of a security profile.

Identity
Select user, position, department or user group to authorize.

Permissions
Select a permission type to give to the selected Identity.

  • Read:

     This is suitable for end-users.

    Users

    starting points of the processes

    which

    that are in

    active mode

    “Active Mode”, and reports.

  • Execute: This is mostly suitable for process administrators (The users who own or responsible from the process itself). These users have more privileges and can access to sections which are only designed for setting process master data.
  • Write: This permission allows the users to design or update the process. Starting

    All: Users with this permission type are called Process Administrators. These users can see and utilize its functions that are only authorized for the permission administrators. In addition, starting points of the processes that are in the test mode are also visible

    to

    with this permission type.

  • All: Combination of the all the three permission types.
