This section consists of a dashboard for monitoring system statistics. It can be accessed through You can access this page through the System Administration page, where the statistics dashboard is displayed below the system tasks.
There are two main statistics subsection subsections separated by a tabbed view, those are : domain statistics and backgroud background job statistics.
Domain Statistics
Under this panel, some general statistics about the system and started instance counts of every process are displayed.

Workflow Instance indicates the total workflow count started up to that time.
Task Waiting indicates the number of waiting work items at the time.
User Task indicates the total number of work items
that areassigned to users.
Robot Task indicates the total number of work items
as module type which are notof the module tasks assigned to
anyoneno one.
File indicates total file count uploaded into Emakin.
Document indicates total document count create on Emakin.

Background Job Statistics

Job States
Job states graphic exhibits the total amount of each background job situation by situation by their name up to the present. Background job names are separated from each other with in different colorscolours.
