Edit groups section is used to define new special groups using organization database designer data in the Emakin system. You can use groups to delagate delegate work items, provide folder access or give responsibility in processes. Click Add New button to create new groups.

Furthermore, feature permissions can be selected from the “Features” tab. This section allows admins to choose what selected group of users can access which of emakin’s features such as ability to initiate a new process and see dashboards, accessing folders etc.
