Processes To manage easily, processes are stored and categorized in within folders for easy management. When a folder is selected, all of the defined dashboard-type reports in processes are displayed as dashboard panels for a quick overview.

Folders and processes have their own access control lists to define determine who can access in an organization.

When a folder is selected, attached processes are listed in the panel on the right hand side panel , only if required permissions are granted. If you cannot see the right panel ask panel on the right hand side, see your system administrator for permission.

Process and folder permissions by default are assigned as Administrators with set as “Default” security profile, which “Administrators” with “All“ permission level, full rights, and Everyone with read rights. By opening “Everyone” with the ”Read” permission level. Through the process and folder menu, you can set additional permissions.
