Processes To manage easily, processes are stored and categorized in folders for easy management. Each process has childrenwithin folders. When a folder is selected, all of the defined dashboard-type reports in processes are displayed as dashboard panels for a quick overview.

Folders and processes have their own access control lists to determine who can access in an organization.

When a folder is selected, attached processes are listed in the panel on the right hand side, only if required permissions are granted. If you cannot see the panel on the right hand side, see your system administrator for permission.

You can put any number of processes in the same folder for easy access to view dashboards and initiate new workflows.

Set Permissions

Process and folder permissions are set as “Default” security profile, which “Administrators” with “All“ permission level, full rights, and “Everyone” with the ”Read” permission level. Through the process and folder menu, you can set additional permissions.
