Page Comparison

This section consists of a dashboard for monitoring system statistics. It can be accessed through You can access this page through the System Administration page, where the statistics dashboard is displayed below the system tasks.

There are two main statistics subsection subsections separated by a tabbed view, those are : domain statistics and backgroud background job statistics.

Domain Statistics

Under this panel, some general statistics about the system and started instance counts of every process are displayed.

General Statistics

The table on this panel provides general statistics about instances, work items and files in the system.

• Workflow Instance indicates the total workflow count started up to that time.

• Task Waiting indicates the number of waiting work items at the time.

• User Task indicates the total number of work items assigned to users.

• Robot Task indicates the total number of work items of the module tasks assigned to no one.

• File indicates total file count uploaded into Emakin.

• Document indicates total document count create on Emakin.

Background Job Statistics

This section panel hosts several graphical charts for displaying statistical information about the system jobs in from various aspectsperspectives. See See the Job Details page for more information. Also, see the Background Jobs Manager page to manage background jobs.

Job States  

Job states graphic exhibits the total amount of each background job situation situation by their name up to the present by their name. Background job names are separated from each other with in different colorscolours.

• Waiting; each background job
