Allow Bulk Section
Allow Bulk Section is a feature that enables bulk actions in the task list and the ability to perform actions via email.
To activate this feature, click on the "Yes, allow bulk selection" option.
When tasks are selected in the worklist, the corresponding action appears in the top menu. By clicking on this action, the same action apply to all selected tasks.
In the email notification sent for the task, available actions are displayed within the email. When an action in the email is clicked, an email containing the flow ID is generated. By clicking on the "Send" action in this email, taking action is completed via email.
Order
A number value is used for ordering actions within other actions. Higher values put an action to last.
