- Type consists of two options to manage identity's permission. Those are allow and deny.
- Begins At (optional), start date of permission period. If type of allow you can access that folder/process/document after begins date. If type of deny, you can't access that folder/process/document after begins date.
- Expires At (optional), end date of permission period. If type of allow you can't access that folder/process/document after expires date. If type of deny, you can access that folder/process/document after expires date.
IP Restriction
IP restriction subsection is used for restricting access from chosen IP addresses to Emakin system. A single IP address or a range of IP addresses can be specified. If the accessing IP address matches with the specified IP addresses, you won't be able to login emakin. Be careful with this setting since you may end up with no remote access. Local IP address "127.0.0.1" is always allowed.
