When you click on the channel name, channel basic features will list.
Edit
Edits the channel features.
Delete
Deletes the channel.
Manage Members
Uses this feature for add new member, delete member and give permission to member. Members can transact in the channel according to the type of permission.
All: Member with full authority can be edit channel, delete channel, manage member, convert to private channel, see statics, leave channel and manage all cases in the channel.
Execute: Member with execute authority can be manage member, convert to private channel, see statics, leave channel and manage all cases in the channel.
Read : Member with read authority can be view member, see statics, leave channel, assign to yourself cases or look the assigned cases in the channel.
Convert to Private Channel
Select to change public channel to private channel. When you make the channel private, only members can reach it.

Leave Channel
Uses to unsubscribe from channel.
Case Management
Channels have a case management feature to manage tracked topics in addition to messaging. Case management feature is disabled by default but can be enabled by selecting edit from channel menu.
