Organization database designer is a step screen for updating the organizational structure. Emakin organization database designer permits to determine relationships between different organization units , member and users. and positions.
There are 4 main sections on this screen which are Organization Unit Templates for selecting a predefined organizational schema, Organization Chart that displaying the existing schema details, Others column that all the position and employee definitions listed under and, the last but not the least, a search bar to search for any organization unit, position or employee appearing on the Organization Chart.

Organization unit template is a file that serves as a starting point for a new documentstructure. When you open select a organization unit template, it is predefined in organization database designer. You can select a predefined organization hierarchy if you want but using a template will remove existing definitionsa predefined schema will replace your existing organizational schema, meaning that you will lose your existing schema after saving the changes you made so this should be used cautiously.
