An Emakin administrator can configure the domain calendar in accordance to align with the organisation's work policy. This includes defining multiple calendars, each with its own set of working hours, days, annual holidays, and holidays. These calendars can be utilised when setting deadlines, or creating reminders for tasks.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the Edit Domain

    1. Navigate to the Edit Domain

  2. Click Access Working Calendars subtitle under the domain properties title

    1. Under the Domain Properties title, click on the Calendars subtitle. You will see the default calendar listed.

  3. Edit the Default Calendar

    1. Click the Edit button under the default calendar.

  4. Customise the Calendar

    1. On the edit page, you can change or add working days, working hours, annual holidays

    or holidays
    1. , and holidays according to your organisation's policies.

  5. Click Save button, save button is found Save Your Changes
