Security Profile
Premade security profiles are listed in this section. These profiles may consist of users, positions, departments and/or user groups, and their access types. Security profiles can be managed from the “Edit Domain” task at “Administration”.
Additional Permissions
Besides security profiles, additional permissions may be given in this sectionIn case needed, users can set additional permissions. These additional permissions can be given on top of the selected security profile or instead of a security profile.
Identity
Select user, position, department or user group to authorize.
Permissions
Select a permission type to give to the selected Identity.
Read: User Users can see the starting points only of the processes that are in active mode, and reports.
All: Users with this permission are called Process Administrators. These users can see and utilize its functions that are only authorized for the process permission administrators. Starting In addition, starting points of the processes that are in the test mode are also visible to with this permission type.
