Overview
Represents the list of milestones on a case.
Milestones are used to track events to comply with time based goals like, SLA terms or KPI analysis. Milestones are identified and referenced by name and any number of milestone can be defined per case. Milestones.Add can be used to create a new milestone. Milestone is immediately started when created, Milestones.Pause and Milestones.Resume methods can be used to temporarily pause and resume later. Created milestone can be marked as completed with Milestones.Stop method or can be called with Milestones.Cancel method.
