Processes are stored and categorized in folders for easy management. Each process has When a folder is selected all of the defined dashboard-type reports in processes are displayed as dashboard panels for a quick overview.

Folders and processes have their own access control lists to define who can access in organization.

When a folder is selected attached processes are listed in the right side panel if required permissions are granted. If you cannot see the right panel ask your system administrator for permission.

You can put any number of processes in the same folder for easy access to view dashboards and initiate new workflows.

Set Permissions

Process and folder permissions by default are assigned as Administrators with full rights and Everyone with read rights. By opening the process and folder menu you can set additional permissions.
