Emakin supports several authentication services. Your enterprise may decide to allow or disallow any of them at any time. Your Emakin administrator is responsible for configuring the allowed authentication mechanisms, and a password policy when applicable. You can then activate or deactivate each of the allowed authentication mechanisms for your the selected Emakin user.
Emakin's own authentication service makes use of a username or email address, and password. You are required to choose a password during activation. You may change the password at any time when the service is active. Passwords must always comply with the password policy in effect (e.g. minimum length, mixture of letters, numbers, and special characters).
